"I’m Bessem Toumi, Production Manager. I’d describe myself as organized, responsive, and rigorous. Outside of work, I focus on what matters my family, staying active, and learning. I like to keep improving, step by step, both personally and professionally."

"My day starts with looking at performance,output, efficiency, quality. Then I align with my team and set the priorities. After that, I’m on the shop floor. Always close to the action. Solving problems, supporting the team, keeping things moving. We handle everything,from washing and spraying to decoration, printing, assembly, and packaging. It’s fast. It’s demanding. You have to react quickly and think clearly. At the same time, we’re always improving,finding ways to work better, reduce waste, and increase efficiency"

"The atmosphere is dynamic and team-oriented. You’re never working alone here. Communication and accountability are key. What I like most is the energy there are challenges every day, and that pushes you to grow. Nani is different because we never stand still. New products come in regularly, and we’re always improving how we work. It keeps things exciting."
